IMPORTANT END OF YEAR INFO: 

RECITAL - Our 10th Anniversary Show will be held on Sunday June 23rd at Watchung Hills Regional High School - 108 Stirling Road Warren, NJ 07059. The show will begin at 5pm. All dancers need to be dropped off 45 mins before the show begins. They will be dropped to the side entrance on the left of the building (D57) & will then be instructed to go to their assigned dressing room. Parents will not be permitted backstage unless you are signed up to be a backstage Mom. 

 

NO child will be released during the show. PLEASE DO NOT ASK! EVERY child must stay for the shows entirety. 

 

TICKETS - Ticket sales are Saturday June 1st. Tickets are $35 each...CASH ONLY. Tickets are handled in the following manner. All bills for the year must be paid in full before purchasing any recital tickets. In May you will receive your final invoice. It will include May, June & any outstanding balances. As you pay your balance you will be given a number. The sooner your balance is paid the lower your number & ticket time. We are already at #18. The day of ticket sales you will have the opportunity to come in & pick your seats. Emails will be sent out the week of ticket sales. According to your number you will be given a time to come and purchase your tickets. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR EMAILS

 

Below are directions with the quickest & easiest route to the venue: Goethals Bridge to Turnpike North -to route 78 west - Exit 40. Take a right towards Berkeley heights at blinking light make a left. Go down the road to the next traffic light & make a left onto Stirling & then a left into school.

 

BACKSTAGE MOMS - We need 2 moms from each class to volunteer as backstage moms. You will stay in the dressing room with the kids helping them with any costume changes. If you volunteer to be a backstage mom, you do not need a ticket for the show. Saturday 10:00/10:45am are the ONLY classes where all Moms will have a pass to go backstage and stay with their child. Please EMAIL us if you are interested in volunteering. Thank You!

 

 ALL PRO DANCE CLASSES - All Pro Dance classes will be doing a Pro Dance Intermission dance. All pro dance students are welcome to be apart of it. There is a $25 rehearsal fee. You will need to come to 3 rehearsals : 

May 4th  9:30am-11:30pm

June 2nd 10:00am-12:00pm

June 8th 9:30am-11:30pm

If you can not make a rehearsal you can not be in the performance. Dancers will be wearing their recital t-shirts for this dance so you will need to purchase a Recital T-shirt. (Order forms will go out the beginning of May) They will also be wearing black shorts ( you will supply) and whatever shoes they were told to wear for pro dance on the accessory list. Mandatory for Company*

 

COSTUMES - They will continue to go out as soon as we have them. Please have your child try it on for you that night at home. If you feel a different size is needed please call the studio that night. Costumes CAN NOT be exchanged weeks after they are given out.

ACCESSORY LIST - You have received a list of the shoes and tights your child needs. All dancers must have the proper shoes & accessories for picture day & the recital.

RECITAL REHEARSAL-  Our final rehearsal will be at the studio. Dancers do not need costumes. This will save time not having costume changes. Monday June 10th - Saturday June 15th will be rehearsal week. Parents will be allowed in briefly at the end of class to video or take pictures. This will also be the last week of classes.

 

RECITAL T-SHIRTS-   Recital T-shirt orders must be in by May 11th. Order forms will go out in a few weeks. Shirts are $25. Parent shirts are available for purchase as well. Support your child with your Impact T-shirt & your child’s name on the back. All orders must be in by May 11th - CASH ONLY

 

VIDEO-   There is no flash photography at the show. If you would like to purchase a USB of our show you can do so. USB’s can be viewed on your laptop, car dvd or home TV.  Order forms will go out in a few weeks. If you would like to purchase a USB of the show please have your order form in by June 15th. The cost will be $45.

 

2024-2025 REGISTRATION-  We will begin accepting registration for the fall starting Monday, June 24th from 5:30-8:00pm. This is the day that all existing students should come in to register. Please take advantage of this time & reserve your child’s spot for the fall. September’s tuition is due upon registration. Any registration taken after July 16th will have a $40 registration fee added.
